When speaking of Japanese plums, the Kishu region of Wakayama comes to mind first. One-hundred-percent Nanko plums are steeped in plum liquor, to which local Wakayama lemon juice rich in vitamin C is added for plum liquor packed with refreshing scent and flavor that tastes freshly squeezed. Because it is the plum liquor which has refreshing aroma of Lemon we recommend to drink as on the rock in summer, with hot water in winter.

【The best way to drink lemon plum liquor】
Our lemon plum liquor is delicious on the rocks! This lemon plum liquor is less sweet than other varieties so that the tartness of the lemon juice stands out, making it the perfect summer drink when chilled. For those who don’t drink much, this plum liquor can be mixed at a 2:1 ratio with water with a bit of honey added to make it more palatable. In winter, make sure to try some hot plum liquor, which tastes perfect at 45°C! The gentle aroma of lemon when drunk while hot makes for a relaxing beverage that warms the body and promotes circulation (Note that lemon juice is easily diluted by heat, so be sure to drink it quickly when hot).
