Description
The warm weather of Wakayama, surrounded by the Kii Mountains and the ocean are good for growing plums. The warm conditions thanks to the bright sunshine and ‘Kuroshio’ warm current resulted in large, fresh Nanko plums harvested last June, which were then steeped in plum liquor with domestic flat lemons for a novel tropical flavor with the balance of plum liquor sweetness and flat lemon sourness.
